1. Sales Organization Leadership
- Design and build the sales organizational structure (team setup, role definitions, and headcount planning).
- Select, develop, and manage Team Leaders; oversee team-level targets and performance.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Govern CRM-based sales pipelines: Lead definition, conversion management, and revenue forecasting.
- Operate and standardize weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales review cycles.
2. Merchant & Partner Expansion
- Lead B2B sales efforts for large merchants, retail chains, and franchise accounts.
- Define and execute expansion strategies for the SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) segment.
- Identify, negotiate, and scale strategic partnerships within the payment ecosystem.
- Design and implement competitive differentiation points to be executed at the field level.
3. Policy & Structural Framework
- Establish terminal operation policies, pricing frameworks, and revenue model structures.
- Define and operate lead management standards, KPIs, and incentive schemes to drive motivation.
- Identify and eliminate inefficient sales channels; restructure underperforming teams.
- Standardize sales reporting frameworks, including metrics, cadence, and accountability.
4. Market Localization & Strategic Ownership
- Monitor market changes and rapidly adapt localization strategies for execution.
- Take full accountability for decision outcomes and execution results.
- Ensure a sustainable network of merchants and partners through high-level relationship management.

++ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
++ Experience:
- 5–10+ years in executive-level sales leadership.
- Experience in Payments, Cards, E-wallets, Payment Gateway (PG), VAN, or POS.
- Proven track record in building B2B sales organizations from scratch.
++ Hard Skills:
- Strong data-driven sales management (pipeline, conversion, revenue).
- Solid understanding of Vietnam payments and merchant market.
- Proficient in CRM systems and sales forecasting tools.
++ Soft Skills:
- Ownership mindset with full accountability for results.
- Strong leadership through structure and process.
- Strategic thinking with ability to adapt to market changes.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
